Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen led the coalition of state AGs and sent a letter to Joe Biden warning him Americans will suffer “serious, detrimental consequences.”
“Your decision will result in devastating damage to many of our states and local communities. Even those states outside the path of the Keystone XL pipeline—indeed all Americans—will suffer serious, detrimental consequences,” they wrote.
The letter was also signed by attorneys general from Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and West Virginia.

They can prove harm....and there is no compelling reason to stop the pipeline. They will win in court. EO’s are not without scrutiny.
Where the heck is my Attorney General on this? Why hasn’t Oklahoma AG Mike Hunter signed on. The pipeline runs right through Oklahoma. In fact, the largest oil tank battery in the North America is right here in Central Oklahoma. The Cushing tank field. The tank filed hold about 85 million barrels of crude oil storage. It covers a 7.6 square mile area. The Keystone ran to Cushing, were crude would be stored and then piped on to the Gulf Coast. Hunter needs to be involved in this push back.
We need our own conservative version of a "Hawaiian Judge" to strike down these E.O.s.
There are two things we know:
1) Democrats own the courts, up to and including SCOTUS; last December proved this.
2) Democrat administrations never admit they are wrong, and the more wrong they are, the more they double, triple, and quadruple down on their wrongness.
The Keystone XL will eventually be built and run, but it will not happen in the present or Harris administrations. At some point, the Democrats will figure out a way to make enough graft off of the pipeline, and then they will suddenly reverse course, loudly proclaim that they were for the pipeline all along, and the media will parrot the mendacious propaganda.
Were they called racists or Nazis?

I appreciate your cynicism. Indeed we are constantly being misled, misinformed, and bamboozled by the grifter Democratic cabal and its media co-conspiritors. You may have forgotten about hillary and bill clinton input...they may have a hand in running joe biden. Think woodrow wilsons’ wife.

All this did seem kind of arbitrary on the part of Joe Stolen. Running about like a chicken with its head cut off.
The Executive Orders he is signing are all blank pages, which are taken away and filled in as needed, like blank checks with the signature already affixed. President Stolen has no idea what he has just signed.

The phrase “too big to fail” comes from a logical and valid point. Sometimes sticking to your principles will destroy everything. The cost must be weighed. A longer term “slow burn” exposure of the cheaters rather than a nuclear blast may be best for the country.
I’m not saying it is or isn’t. I’m just saying it might be that they really felt it was the best course of action in the long run.
This is why I liked seeing a businessman in the WH and not some squishy socialist career politician who has no sense of what makes a Nation powerful.
C'mon, man, you're killing America with your E.O.'s. I don't know who is behind you and prepped all those E.O.s ready on your first day, but you need to wake up or take better meds. You are being played and literally destroying the Nation that I helped defend for you.

To my mind it’s a courtesy not deserved that Biden is even being informed.
