What the "LAW SAYS" or the Constitution says is no longer relevant in the Traitorjoe Xiden kakistocracy.

The way it works now, whatever the Demonicrats do or say is legal; whatever opponents of the Demonicrats do or say is illegal. Past words and actions by conservatives can retroactively be declared illegal. Guilt is assumed unless the conservative switches sides.
