I wonder. Do primarily black countries such as Nigeria or Africa have a “White History Month” and are white Americans called say...American Nigerians or American Africans?

A few years back, a black Congresswoman was making a speech in the House, talking about problems in sub-Saharan Africa and could not bring herself to say ‘black Africans’.

She actually used the phrase: African-American Africans.............

I read once that cable television in Nigeria has a channel called WET.
....and their VH1 channel shows 90% white movies and shows.
