Agreed, but again, who is the 1 milatary guy that says “screw you Biden! All the men under my command are taking over!” There has to be 1 man that is going to commit the forces. If its Trump, then he never really stepped down since the President controls the milatary. If he isn’t, Biden is President and like it or not, to overthrow that administration, some one has to commit treason.
Currently there is no president. There is a military contingency command running the country. Trump turned everything over to the military before he left DC. It is the responsibility of the military to rid the country of the enemies of the people and then pass control back to the civilian govt. That is what will happen. At some point they will inaugurate Trump as President. I think military code 11.3 covers that. At least that is what they are operating under.
