Currently there is no president. There is a military contingency command running the country. Trump turned everything over to the military before he left DC. It is the responsibility of the military to rid the country of the enemies of the people and then pass control back to the civilian govt. That is what will happen. At some point they will inaugurate Trump as President. I think military code 11.3 covers that. At least that is what they are operating under.

If that's true it can't be too big of a secret in Washington...Why is no one acting like it? Or are you suggesting their authority is on hold til a specific date or order?

No expert, but my reading of 11.3 of the Military Code, Dept of Defense, Law of War Manual, does not apply to the continental US. It applies when Congress has declared war outside of the US.

The military is subordinate to Congress, which is subordinate to the Constitution. It is not subordinate to the Executive Branch.

I’d appreciate it if you would point out the part of 11.3 they are operating under. Serious request - not trying to be a wise guy.

Did you read this fiction somewhere or did you author it? Sheer lunacy...Biden is the President and that’s the end of the story.
