How could Trump pass power to the military? And if so, who would have the power to pull the trigger, without committing treason against Biden?
Ask the blog writer, Cesare Sacchetti.
“treason against Biden“
Are you kidding?
No one can commit treason against Bitem. He lost and is pretending he won. He IS a traitor, though, being an puppet of China and all, plus illegitimately stinking up the WH, or wherever he is.
Your answer is in the Constitution.
No relief from the courts proving
a fraudulent/illegitimate
presidential election, the military
is bound by the constitution to
take control until the matter is
resolved. As the courts themselves
may be corrupt.
The night of the election, Trump
was in a Sensitive compartmented
information facility (scif),
and no doubt had top brass right
there along side, watching in
real time, the transfer of voter
information hopping around the
world. Foreign interference, for
which he had drafted an EO stating
the repercussions of such acts
2 years prior to this election,
knowing the deep state was going
to attempt a coup.
His statement “we caught them all”
is true.
This is how I see the puzzle
pieces fitting together, and is
just my opinion. I don’t hang my
hat on conspiracy theories.
Trump had to let this play out
letting the guilty parties hang
themselves.
If president trump was shown inconclusive proof of Chinese interference in our election process, he could then give orders to follow their oaths to the constitution, not him as president. Biden would not be legally in charge, the military identifies domestic enemies via the false win, and rounds them up before the purge of military personnel.
Could happen, and if so wow.
Executive order, DNI report and PEADS. Read about PEADs at the Brennan Center. Presidential Emergency Action Documents.
Trump has powers no one even knew about. In April, RATS were freaking out over PEADS. Nadler formally requested access—and was denied.
Biden is the traitor. You can’t commit treason against a fraudulent traitor.
Your "who pulls the trigger" question is a good one, but upcoming SC cases involving fraudulent practices in PA, GA, and MI --with 5 or 6 possible favorable votes--could prove the illegitimacy of Biden's victory, which would turn everything on its head.
At that point, who knows ? Biden might decide its pointless to try to govern, despite Obie threatening him to push on with the revolution.
