No because you can’t eliminate what doesn’t exist. By definition there is no systemic racism. The system overly prohibits racism and in fact promotes benefits for minorities by including affirmative action and set-asides among its policies, other measures.
Jim Crow laws and other policies of systemic racism no longer exist.
Both “systematic racism” and “climate warming change thingy” are both communist fantasies to make Oceania compliant to their chinese masters.
Myb just maybe, black folks will someday be free, be able to run for and achieve the presidency, earn cities and town, run fortune 500 businesses, ride on the same busses as white folks do, eat in same eateries, drink from same fountains, own land, homes, businesses, etc, play in sports for mega million dollar contracts etc. Run churches with mixed congregations, marry whomever they like regardless of skin color, be gay if they choose to, be any gender they like, be presidents of schools, colleges, multi million dollar businesses, own vacation resorts, etc etc etc

Agreed, and all the talking about it is making race relations worse by the minute. I am sick of hearing the word race. Everything is white privilege, white supremacists, BLM, sick of it all.
Easiest way would be to get rid of the press and professors.
