Vanity- Looking for a new phone compatible with Verizon

I use an LG that works like a Samfacist or ApplNazi. It was fairly easy to mostly degoogle. It was about $400.

I got a new in box Apple 5c, my son got a 1st gen Apple SE, mine was $125, his was $165, e-bay.

They are the only one that stands even half a chance of working in our area.

It has to be Verizon, whether I like it or not.

Yes, I like flip phones.

Don’t want to be spied on by my phone. And closing them protects the screen.

Hubby has a Verizon flip phone — LT Exalt, I think. He hates it, and I’m not sure if they even sell it any more. I think it has all the stuff you want.

We’re considering going to Pure Talk or similar, but it makes my hair hurt to think about starting the research to change from Verizon.

I never wanted Verizon.
I started with a bag phone from Contel, they were bought by Verizon, so I switched to GTE, they were bought by Verizon, so I switched to Alltel, they were bought by Verizon and that’s where I have been since.
I now must switch because there is no Verizon on the other side of the mountains.

I recommend you switch to consumer cellular.

I would still be using my Nokia 3585 but Verizon was soaking me for it, so my son talked me into an Apple.
I used one at work, so I was familiar.
I turned off everything that can be turned off and deleted what I could, no apps whatsoever.

Checkout Consumer Cellular. I believe they support Verizon and ATT. They have flip phones too.

I wouldn’t mind going back to a regular flip phone now. When we were free people and traveled, etc., a smart phone was pretty handy but now it’s too much stuff. Gonna switch my sim card to the BlackBerry Classic, which is only half smart, tomorrow. And an actual flip phone might be in my future.

You aren’t going to find what you want. A flip phone with all the features of a smart phone? Ain’t no such thing.

I read the replies before posting this one just to see if somebody could come up with an answer for you. It doesn’t appear anyone has or anyone will.
