Remember when Barack Hussein Obama said on TV he’d be okay with the idea of a shadow government system existing in America?

“People would ask me: knowing what you know now do you wish you had a third term? And I used to say, If I could make an arrangement where I had a stand-in, a front-man or front-woman, and they had an ear piece in and I was just in my basement, in my sweats, looking through the stuff, that I could sorta deliver the lines, but somebody else was doing all the talking and ceremony, I would be fine with that.”

If it is constitutional to impeach a non-sitting President for something as ephemeral as abuse of power,
it opens a Pandora's Box !!
Does this mean that we can now, or at some future point,

impeach #44, President Obama,

and remove all ex-President privileges ,for spying on the Trump administration,
FISA abuses, and spying on private citizens communications (all of which are illegal) ?

I wonder what happened to the 60-some Obama czars in various positions when Trump came in in 2017. How many of those czars ‘got lost’ among the various government employees — and continued to do their ‘czaring’.

My post #4, is posed as a rhetorical question.

I posed it as a rhetorical question since, at the conclusion of any previous Presidential election,
the election contestants have been cordial winners, and reluctant, but realistic, losers.
Not so in this most recent election.
