Unverified rumors Donald Trump could be about to launch a new political party has been growing since he promised a comeback as he left the White House.
While the former president has not announced any such plan, many of his supporters have championed the idea of a new so-called “Patriot Party.”
George Papadopoulos has said on Twitter that the “Patriot Party will be a viable third party,” Fox Business’ Lou Dobbs has suggested the name has a “great ring to it,” while far-right social media personalities such as Lin Wood have circulated logos featuring a lion for a party of that name.
The left-wing media decided to report the Patriot Party is already a registered trademark and one which is not held under the name Donald Trump.
Analysis of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office shows that rights to the name are held by another Florida-based individual named Donald: Donald Magyar.
Rights for the name were again held for “membership in a political party” from 2007 until 2017, when the registration was canceled due to an “unacceptable” filing, World Trademark Review (WTR) magazine reports.
But what the mainstream media didn’t report is the fact that the new party is registered as “Patriot Party” a screenshot from the Federal Election Commission below shows that the new party was filed on January 22th:

While searching through the Federal Election Commission site we found another Patriot party that was filed today called “Maga Patriot Party.” Was this party created because of the trademark issues we still can’t confirm, but the “MAGA Patriot Party” is real.

If we only have a uniparty, then a second party is definitely needed.
And yet, another story says President Trump has given up on the third party idea.

Why do this now? If Trump decides that a third party is the way to go, he has the ability to create one as needed.
Even if Trump has nothing to do with this, it will be used by the rinos and the media to minimize his political standing.
The GOP is irredeemable. Rotten to the core. If we are going to come back, it’s a house-to-house, block-by-block fight. On OUR terms.

See? The answer is right there in your post, yet you miss it. You want to punish the RINOs by giving all elections to the Democrats, thereby punishing all of US in the process.
There is zero probability that if MAGA candidates in the Republican party cannot unseat RINOs, that they will be able to do so by running as a third party. All that will do is to split the Conservative vote, handing the election to the Democrat each and every time.
We need to fight from WITHIN the Republican party, not stomp off like a spoiled child.
Fight at your state level to primary out the RINOs. Join your state party and get involved.
Or sit at your keyboard and whine that the fix is in and there's nothing you can do except to fracture our side, effectively handing control to the Democrats without them even having to break a sweat.

That is a fact in many ways with the energy that is being generated from our side there is a lot we can do. That is especially true with the Dems overplaying their hand. But, we have to watch out that we play it smart and not do something stupid and destructive like start a third party. That is suicide.
