Find it difficult to believe that this was not a known by Trump given all of his expert lawyers.
I agree but only after several state legislatures conduct forensic audits using the techniques and methods of Jovan Hutton Pulitzer (JHP) and his team.
The evidence is already substantial and should hold in any court of law but given the corruption in the today’s courts there must be IRREFUTABLE PROOF, Hence, state legislatures and JHP team.
...and trust what court to hear the case? They will tell Trump he has no standing, there are latches, and that he should have filed this before the election. The courts are corrupt. Justice doesn’t have the blindfold over her eyes, its now used as a gag!
Note that some GA state legislators were punished for their challenge of fraud in GA and were stripped of their committeeships. Thus, they have standing under Quo Warranto to file.

If no court will hear any of the proof of fake election results, then We-The-People have fake government, which is obviously not constitutional.

We no longer have any means of redress. That is unless we are a guppy living in a mud puddle in some godforsaken wilderness. Then it's the federal courts to the rescue!
I have tried to learn and study the concept of laches. I am still not quite understanding it. Can you explain it in laymen terms?

I didn’t read the full post but the legal logic seems correct. The weakness in the approach though is the assumption of a fair judicial system willing to hear Trump’s case. Based on the record of the last 2-3 months I have serious doubts that he will find a judge willing to do so.
Really hoping I’m wrong about this because it appears to be quite a good strategy.
Well, I was just objecting to the incorrect spelling, and have no idea as to how it may apply to any ‘quo warranto’ pursued on the part of President Trump. But the term appears to have to do with ‘due diligence’ and delay in proceeding.

The right to file the writ exists in theory, but has never been attempted for POTUS. The case must be filed in the District of Columbia. The judges in the D.C. Circuit have been hostile to Trump, especially Judge Sullivan. Apparently, there is a right to a trial by jury on the fact of the matter. It’s been 20 years since a Dem failed to get 90% of the vote for president, and that was when John Kerry got only 89.18%. The plan is for Harris to quickly succeed Biden. So this means jurors from an overwhelmingly black federal district will be asked to remove the first African-American “president” for fraud. It needs to be done, but good luck with that.
Winning this case will require overwhelming evidence which is still being concealed beyond the subpoena power of the D.C. District Court. Again, this has never been used before to contest a presidential election, although theoretically possible. The fact that this remedy exists, exposes the absurdity of the laches defense in other courts, since they had no expectation of any repose for not running the elections properly. If it cares to, SCOTUS could recognize that fact in the cases still before it. As long as the possibility to remove Biden and Harris exists through quo warranto, those cases aren’t moot, but Roberts is corrupt as sin.
What becomes obvious is that, there is a need to change either the jurisdiction for which court can hear a quo warranto action for POTUS, granting that court national jurisdiction for subpoenaing evidence and witnesses, or changing the area from which the jury is drawn. It furthers the case for returning much of D.C. to Maryland, give MD another congressman, but subtracting two electoral votes from the Dems

EVERYTHING about to transpire regarding this ridiculous episode is going to be nothing but fantasy and lies. The whole thing is going to be just as “unjust” and “unfair” as the sham elections. These scum think that we are going to adhere to the “rules” after they trampled those rules to screw us out of a fair election. There is ONLY 1 RULE NOW. The “LAW OF THE JUNGLE”! AND, they started it, not us! They are the ones who started this, they are the ones’ who broke every rule, violated every moral, every law, cheated, stole... now they want us to honor the very rules they trampled. NO!!!!!! You don’t mind rules, laws, morals... then neither will we!!!!
