Here’s my question. Since Trump is now a citizen, will his lawyer’s be able to subpoena evidence that Trump was only privy to as commander in chief? Would the Democrats say that’s classified stuff pertaining to the Election Fraud and therefore off limits.

That may have been the reason for the last minute declassification of thousands of documents too arcane for most of us to wade through.
