several individuals believe that now that Joe Biden has been sworn in President Trump still has a legitimate challenge in court based on the massive alleged fraud prevalent in the 2020 election.

Where does it say that in the Constitution?
The Declaration of Independence is a great document.
It is not law.
Re: 77 - Hmm, okay.
Over the past 4-5 weeks, you made multiple claims and predictions. Things such as Biden won’t show up to Washington, there will be martial law, there’s been a smooth transition (to facilitate Biden not being allowed to be President), President Trump signed the Insurrection Act, January 20 is not in the U.S. Constitution, Acting SECDEF Miller was still at his job even AFTER a new Acting SECDEF was appointed, etc.
You were wrong on almost all of your predictions. And in the process of making those predictions, you called people’s motives into question, if they supported Biden or the Chinese, etc if they disagreed with you or called you on some of the predictions or claims you made.
Think about that - YOU were calling people’s motives into question when they called you on some of the more improbable and okay, outlandish predictions you made.
Biden is the President. It’s not what I wanted and I think it will harm the US. But the way to regain some measure of control is to be grounded in reality and not to continue to make improbable and yes, outlandish claims / predictions. Your accuracy is not the best in such matters - it’s pretty bad.
“As in, “legally” President.”
According to the SUPREME law of the land, the President that is inaugurated is legally President.
Congress can’t just pass a law to override the Constitution, or they could just vote any President out with a simple majority instead of going through impeachment.
