According to the “polls” Susan Collins was dead and buried long ago, losing by up to a massive 12% according to Quinnipiac..Every single poll had Susan Collins losing.
Actual result? She won by 8.6%. It wasn't even close. So much for the "polls."

LOL, GW Bush averaged 37% job approval during his second term. At one point he was at 25%. He left office in January of 2009 with a 34% job approval. This is from Gallup’s own polls. It’s not hard to find.

Then, look at the sample. Who did they pool? Sample size? Selection criteria?

Pollsters invariably play a game in which they give extra weight to democrat respondents/participants. The “logic” is that there are more *registered* dems than Republicans, ergo, they should be given a bit of a completely arbitrary numerical boost.
Thus, the polls will show whatever they are supposed to show per the funding source.
The interesting ones are the internal polls. Those don’t get published, you have to extrapolate that data from candidate behavior.
The polls we see are completely fraudulent. Everyone involved knows it.
