Did the DemonKKKrats consult the Constitution? Any conviction process in the Senate, after Trump leaves office, should be unconstitutional. A Republican House and Senate in the 2022 midterms would rule that such a process is no longer possible. They may even retroactively take away Trump’s invalid impeachment, if the Supreme Court did not rule his impeachment unconstitutional first.

The Dems have been working overtime to end free and fair elections in this country for good. At least the Marxo-Fascists realize that the people want Trump in 2024. Otherwise they wouldn’t bother trying to end democratic elections in order to prevent him from running. At least at this point, they are open about only allowing pre-approved candidates who will do as the DC establishment and the media/tech oligarchs demand, which of course makes elections meaningless even without fraud and changing election laws to whatever will ensure Dem wins.
