“Socialist Utopia” is an oxymoron.
Every “socialist” command-and-control regime has inevitably ended up being a dystopia of some kind.
Complete with secret police, prison camps, and kangaroo court systems of “justice”. Whatever legislature exists is completely in the control of one political faction, passing laws at the whim of some great Maximum Leader.
