Yeah. Looks like a white guy that is not a professional. He didn’t need to lunge forward for that shot he was set and then stepped forward and almost jumped back while shooting. At that close of a range and looked like he hit her in the neck. Still can’t believe that bullet didn’t go through and hit someone else. And the cop standing right there. Was no reason for shooting her.
