The New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick has been a close friend of President Donald Trump for many years. He has even visited him at the White House multiple times over the past four years.

That’s why it had to have come as a shock to Trump that Belichick snubbed him by turning down the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

I’m in Boston and heard Belichik state that the reason was that ‘anyone who knows him knows that he isn’t political’.

What a fraud. In 2016 he wrote a letter to Trump when Trump was still campaigning. Trump asked if he could read the letter to the public. Belichick instead told him to wait and he would write an even more distinguished letter which he did. Heard that on Rush yesterday I think. But I did hear it and only listen to conservative stations.

Her gave Brady no weapons last year to force Brady out so Bill could show he was the driving force behind the Superbowls. If his ego didn’t get in the way, Brady, Gronk, and even Antonio Brown would still be playing here and Brady would have won us at least 1, maybe 2 more Superbowls.
