The 117th Congress has started busily filing bills. None of the text is available yet, but the bill titles are informative. This what I’ve found to date. All of these are in the House. As of this writing nothing directly affecting Second Amendment rights appears to have been filed in the Senate.

Shotgun purchase requires a background check AFAIK. Only something like an air rifle wouldn’t.

3/4 of the states must ratify a change to the Constitution...At least that is a requirement today...who knows where we are headed with this den of thieves...Hate to guess.

The 117th Congress is the most corrupt Congress in the history of the United States of America.
Of course not.
They want us unarmed and defenseless.
I would hope that some Constitution loving rep would stand up and quote the Second Amendment to this Congress and remind them that they are prohibited by the Constitution from enacting any laws that infringe on our right to keep and bear arms.
As if that would make any difference.
You need to have a conscience for that to happen.
