Regrouping After the Storm

"So little of what could happen does happen." – Salvador Dali

Time and Change in 10 Salvador Dalí Paintings | Widewalls

Tick-Tock-Tick-Tock

This is what happens when you have no objective source for news – an organization that simply gathers and presents events and facts for you to process. You get masses of disinformation served up with bias from both sides; and conspiracy theories.

Now I love a good conspiracy theory as much as the next guy but at a certain point my pragmatism kicks in. The Storm is not coming, there is no Great Awakening that will arouse the slumbering sheeple. Joe Biden will be sworn in on the 20th regardless of the fraud and Trump will leave.

Reality bites, but must be dealt with. Optimism is one thing, denial quite another.

So at the risk of alienating you I must say I’ve grown tired of the constant tick tock game; I don’t like being played regardless of the ideology of the players. Of course I hope that the Italian Job, Wikileaks, Nanzi’s laptop, etc. are all real and demonstrably provable; I hope that Lin Wood, General McInerny, Mike the My Pillow Guy et al are correct and that the traitors, liars and thieves are served up to justice. But…“so little of what could happen does happen.”

I suggest we collectively get our wits about us in order to deal with the reality: the left has executed a coup, Big Tech is in the process of executing their own coup intended to cement the first coup. We’ve been twisting in the wind for over 2 months while the left marches inexorably forward without pushback because we’ve all been distracted to our detriment.

I can’t speak for you but I’m ready to move into Kubler-Roth’s final stage of the grief cycle: acceptance, which doesn’t mean happy or even hopeful. It simply means accepting the reality of the loss and being ready to begin figuring out how to deal with it. It’s not giving up, it’s finding the will and wherewithal to press on while never, ever forgetting.

The fields have been plowed now, over and over again. Perhaps it’s time to gather our seeds for planting as soon as the earth is ready and plan for the next harvest. I don’t know exactly what that means right now, I’m simply a humble blogger. But I suggest we collect our wits about us and try to figure it out, quickly, as there are many sworn enemies, quislings and snakes among us.

Pray for our President and his family, pray for our country. The next 10 days will be dangerous. But don’t lose your head, we will need every patriot available to figure a way out of this morass. But figure it out we will. clouds corn fields

The storm passes, the sun comes out

The fields remain, fallowed and fertile.

Its going to be awful..but it is what it is

Which isn't rainbows and unicorns on 21 January with the ascension of a regime that has signaled a clear intent to simultaneous bring under assault every article in the Bill of rights. That looks like a continuing storm to me.

But you need to take a break and reconsider your ongoing attacks on your fellow citizens here.

Innovation requires freedom. It requires a free exchange, challenges to conventional wisdom. No challenges, no innovations.

Exactly. Look at SPACEX vs Boeing and return to manned spaceflight. SPACEX did it. Boeing, the bigger and most favored contractor is still trying to follow all the prescribed rules. They cannot get off the ground. And can you believe it, but they are having problems with Software. Is Elon Musk having problems with software - well of course his because everyone has problems with software, but my guess is that his guys thoroughly test everything and do whatever it takes to fix the problems instead of holding morning team meetings under their agile software framework or whatever the centralized workplace control system the adopted today.

You need a more effective response. Equating “…participate in an armed insurrection…” with “…storm the Capitol to arrest Pence or hang him or kill him with a firing squad...or…storm the OVal office…” is weak and ineffective. The latter was not an armed insurrection. At most there was a “mostly peaceful demonstration” parts of which were out of control.

So now not only does the CCP have the left fighting the right, but they now have the so-called right fighting each other. Congratulations.

And just for the record, anyone who approaches the entrance of any official. federal or state building during a demonstration is a fool and an idiot. Nothing good will come of it. Unless you are BLM or Antifa or Anti-Kavanaugh or some such.

You can bet that L Lin Wood’s post about their in Pence at the front of the firing line is going to come back to haunt him.

I can understand disappointment, the dread, etc.....but in my mind, heart and soul, I am not giving up on Trump till China Joe is sworn in. I think current events have proved anything can happen.

Which one? There are four founders and four more co-founders.

I wrote: “At most there was a “mostly peaceful demonstration” parts of which were out of control.”

Citing small parts that were out of control still doesn’t equate to armed insurrection.

I agree with your points...

I never responded to your posts before...But, I think you made some good points today...

What if, in December, somebody told President Trump what you told your readers today? And he listened and he stopped his challenges?
Not encouraging supporters to show up to DC? Who knows...

I am very unhappy that President’s legacy is tarnished by what some unruly supporters did last week in DC...
