I suspect that the first exchange of nuclear weapons will be between Muslim nations. The Saudis likely already have some from Pakistan. The North Koreans will probably sell to anyone with the money to buy. A weak president, or one who obviously favors Iran, will be the match that sets the Middle East alight.
The Israelis have the right to buy aviation fuel from the US. Anyone know when they last topped off? (They may be able to satisfy their own requirements now. Also, if Iran gets frisky you can bet Saudi Arabia will not only top off the Israelis, they will also give them a few airstrips somewhere deep in the desert.)
Trump set the stage for a lasting peace in the Middle East. But it will be Biden, with bad policies, who will facilitate a war there. The Nobel committee will still find an excuse to give him a prize.

I would not be surprised if Iran has already tested prototype nukes in cooperation with North Korea. Biden will be clueless if Iran were to lob a nuke at even another Arab state that thanks to Trump has made peace with Israel and Israel responds with a nuclear barrage.
