Aren’t there still several cases before the SCOTUS (which without a doubt have standing).
I have been told that the SCOTUS has absolutely no role in elections. Frankly, I think that's ridiculous. SOMEONE should be empowered to stop election fraud. I would think SCOTUS could possibly have the power (though people keep telling me No).
But aside from that, SCOTUS needs the Will To Act. And at this point it seem pretty clear that they won't hear any cases.

If so, I doubt they will be heard in time. That’s on purpose.
