Democrat Tulsi Gabbard ripped Nancy Pelosi’s new rules on “gendered-language” this week; telling Fox News the entire enterprise shows “how out of touch” the Speaker is with “reality.”
“It’s the height of hypocrisy for people who claim to be the champions of rights for women to deny the very biological existence of women,” Gabbard said.

I get the feeling Nancy knows how things work better than a lot o us do, or are willing to admit.

They’re all aristocracy, and after yesterday they wont hide their hipocracy.
The country has been destroyed this year, and the riots last summer were definitely not the primary cause of destruction and misery, although they were the most visible.
DC swamp creatures have such huge egos, they actually cannot hide how special they believe they are while everyone else suffers.

In some ways Tulsi is more in touch with reality than some Republicans.
I think you are right.
As to a party switch, I’m well aware of Tulsi’s stated positions that are anathema to conservatism;but, with the exception of PDJT, political officeholders tend to be party animals, and vote with their leadership.
If she’s fed up with Nancy, I’d happily welcome her to the club.
Look at it as one less vote for the communists.

She’s still very much a leftist...pro-abortion and all manner of other left stances. She just looks good by comparison. I respect that she’s willing to buck her party leadership but it’s a mighty low bar to clear to merely be somewhere to the right of Nancy Pelosi.
