Too often they are simply the observable TRUTH that are inconvenient for the Devil and his kin.

That’s a false binary. They’re not automatically a “good” thing even if they aren’t necessarily dangerous. There is plenty of middle ground between those two extremes.

For example, was it dangerous that so many conservatives let themselves get distracted by the obviously fake Q BS all these years? Probably not. Did it cause some of them to think that problems would magically get fixed for them and make them complacent? Probably yes.

Good People telling the truth are often referred to as conspiracy theorists in order to discredit them... but the truth sets us free.

Evil People telling lies or perpetrating hoaxes to troll others or misdirect attention are Dangerous and potentially deadly.

so it depends on which conspiracy theorists your referring to.

Conspiracy theories are a distraction from the truth. And truth is necessary to hold people responsible for their actions.

Conspiracy theories become dangerous when one begins to believe the theories.

Every thing the news media reports is a conspiracy theory, or actual conspiracy in progress. The MSM decides, premeditated, which news to tell us. Their politics influences those decisions. Conspiracy.

One thing I am sure of: any theory that is ‘self sealing’- that is the kind of insanity that that says ‘of course you object, you’re brainwashed’, or ‘of course we don’t have 100% incontrovertible proof, they were too slick for that’ is always wrong and the people propagating it are up to no good at all.

Anything other than the simplest, most obvious explanation bears 100 percent of the burden of proof.
