Therein lies the problem, just who in what agency is going to prosecute this? Turn the tapes over to the FBI? Just like the computer repair guy did with H. Biden’s hard drive and also that guy Anthony Weiner, what ever happened to his laptop full of classified emails.

I believe this is why there has been talk of military tribunals.
You have very interesting points, with the SC being the highest judicial authority in the US, who is going to take such a case on? It would have to be congress in an impeachment effort. Second, what agency would investigate? It would have to be a special prosecutor.
I just checked my crystal ball, and Hell is scheduled to freeze over in a few weeks and shortly thereafter there will be hearings in DC over Robert’s impeachment.
