For 4 years, people have been criminally trying to wiretap, record, and or electronically bug/surveil Trump so they could use it against him and leak it to their associates in the media. I would assume nearly all Trump’s calls are recorded and I’d bet he likely assumes he’s being recorded on most calls as well.

The media is focused on the first part of the quote: "I just want to find 11,780 votes" but the neglect the second part of that sentence "which is one more than we have."

What is he referring to here? Does he think he has 11,779 votes?
