They will be sentenced with “Major Explaining To Do”
Is that a parolable type thing?
Great evidence for the debate beginning on Jan. 6th.
Please. Not this Server seized in Frankfort Germany type of crap again.
bttt
Forget the ‘explaining’ phase and move straight to the incarceration - at Gitmo.
Great. Now which court will view the evidence?
I hope this is true !
And not another CIA-Army SF gunfight story.
Patrick Byrne did not catch anyone doing anything, otherwise he would have backed it up.
It’s better to be tried for destroying evidence, than to be tried for the crime the evidence is of.
The GBI arrested them? I guess not. The Georgia State Police arrested them? I guess not. This is certainly very plausible that it happened, even likely, but that does not equate to “we caught them”.
I don’t know what those are but they are clearly marked “not a ballot, do not use.” Don’t think fake ballots would be marked liked that.
I hope this is true, but at this point Gateway Pundit has even less credibility with me than the New York Times.
No.
If you CATCH somebody, it isn’t AFTER they’ve destroyed all the evidence.
You ”catch” them BEFORE they shred all the evidence.
Otherwise, it’s called hearsay and amounts to NOTHING but another sensationalist headline.
Busted!
They didn’t catch nothing.
By they way, ask 'em if they've ever heard of a "high tech lynching"--and if they consider it appropriate to subject the American People to one.
now... to find someone in power that cares and is willing to do something about it.
18 U.S. Code § 1519.Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in Federal investigations and bankruptcy.
Whoever knowingly alters, destroys, mutilates, conceals, covers up, falsifies, or makes a false entry in any record, document, or tangible object with the intent to impede, obstruct, or influence the investigation or proper administration of any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States or any case filed under title 11, or in relation to or contemplation of any such matter or case, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. (Added Pub. L. 107–204, title VIII, § 802(a), July 30, 2002, 116 Stat. 800.)
Alas, no amount of evidence moves McC or his RINOS.
