I believe what you saw was the very top sheet of each wrapped pack which is called a COVER SHEET that only applies to the first sheet of each printed package. The rest would be actual or counterfeit ballots!
Now, find a judge with the spine to act in accordance with his or her Oath of Office...
There was testimony from some gal that they had “mock” ballots that were used prior to the election for training. How to orient them, how to load them, what to do if a problem, etc.
She said there were a lot of them. They were supposed to be removed from the building when election time came but they were just put in the corner.
I don’t recall if she also testified that she saw those mock ballots being used in the election or not, or if she just surmised that it could have happened as they were not removed from the area.

Sorry I’m not seeing the big stank. They are all blank and they are from the presidential election, not the senate election. Even if they are phony ballots, they aren’t filled out. And the phony ballots that do exist, filled out for Biden are still in boxes. Now if they find any that are marked Trump going into a shreadder, thats another story.

To me they just look like unused ballots. Which I would imagine all states have unused ballots after an election since they probably order enough to cover if everyone who’s eligible would vote in the state. No state would want to run out of ballots during an election.
Sworn statements by witnesses only count when they overhear secondhand information that can be used against Donald J. Trump.
