As trong, 62% majority of registered voters believe that Americans should have to provide photo identification when submitting a mail-in ballot, according to a new Just the News Daily Poll with Scott Rasmussen.
Just 23% of respondents said voters should not be required to include their photo ID with mail-in ballots.
Responses in favor of a photo ID requirement include 78% of Republicans, 50% of Democrats, and 60% of independents. An equal number of white and Hispanic respondents favored the rule, as did 51% of black voters...

I'd rather mail-in voting be greatly, greatly curtailed and the signature of two witnesses required who can attest to the identity of the voter.
How about NO Mail-In ballots except for qualified absentee voters who must go get the ballot and present valid ID?

WTH is wrong with people not wanting ID required to vote in any way.
That’s all well and dandy, but it’s one thing to favor something, versus actually trying to fight against those who will actually cheat.
Most will just shrug about it, and move on.
How ‘bout no mail-in ballots and people ump through the hoops they have to jump through now to absentee vote?
Ballots should be notarized. And the voter should pay the fee or vote in person with an ID for free.
That’s cool. Too bad it will never happen since the communists have taken the White House. And anything done at the state level will be instantly attacked by the civil rights division of the DOJ and the idiots on the USSC will rubber stamp it.
I am for banning mail in ballots.
