and there was a huge batch of ballots with NO BAR CODE! Then the ‘target’ was off on each REPUBLICAN ballot which caused it to be sent for adjudication which is where Biden won. 94% needed to be adjudicated. Previous elections were 1.2-2%
This violates the secret ballot laws.
However, I think this should be the case for mail-in and/or Absentee Ballots. If you want to vote absentee or by mail, you forfeit your right to a secret ballot.
You want a secret ballot, you go in person to the polling place where your ID can be confirmed.
recommend you watch the testimony. The issue of differences in the ballot is much more basic than differences in district-specific questions.

Indeed and the serial number recorded on the way out and the way back in, if there are duplicates or un-registered ballots they get thrown out or put up for criminal investigation!
That ballot should be the voters name. When it is counted, it gets crossed off a list in a database. Once every voters name is crossed off the list, all counting stops. If the voter isn’t on the list it is pulled for review. This generates a purge list.
