I can’t seriously do it. Sessions was ineffective, but honest. He tops both categories. Everyone else ties for worst.
In the special category of backstabbing though, Barr is number 1. He neither served the country nor his boss. HE is the worst of the lot.
Barr did nothing to help Flynn, his fantastic lawyer and a Presidential pardon did the job.
