How of their own people were killed by Russia and Germany under this model? Add China and Cambodia?
It is likely more people will by killed by a one government socialist economic model in the 21st century than by individual countries use of this model in the 20th century. That is horrifying.

No, actually 1930s style socialism lead to Nationalist Socialism. We may well be heading to a Wiemar Republic in the Unites States.
