Not really.
They would just be ignored like all of the evidence presented in affidavits and at hearings already. In fact, there probably have been such whistleblowers. But if the MSM could convince the public that TWA800's center-fuel-tank exploded when ~200 eyewitnesses said they saw a missile (or missiles) rise up and strike the plane, why should this be any different?
