The study is the first of its kind in the world. An article about it was published earlier this month in the Journal of Photochemistry and Photobiology B: Biology.

11 years ago, I went backpacking for a week in the Smoky Mountains in August. Hot and humid doesn’t begin to describe it.
My brand new sleeping bag absolutely reeked when I got home. I laid it out in the sun for a day or two and it was magically scent free and clean.
I use the bag frequently and have never once washed it.

I noticed that the rates went down corresponding to hours and intensity of sunlight. Lowest in summer. Highest in winter. Sunlight contains UV. This should have been obvious, and no study was needed.
Sunlight. That’s why the rulers closed the beaches. Rulers can’t stand sunlight for a couple of reasons.
We had uv water treatment and filters living overseas years ago. I know many of the five star hotels overseas use uv treatment systems.
Haven’t they known this for about 8 months? They’ve been selling UV products for quite some time to kill it and companies have been using UV to kill it in offices, etc for a while too

The original thread here mentioned that the UV at the high end of the spectrum was more effective that from the low end of the spectrum. UV-H was the scientific nomenclature I think.
Many (most?) bottled water companies use UV treatment to disinfect the water.

Not only that the HealLight, which was being developed and allowed a light-probe to enter the lungs to disinfect internally was shared to bolster Trump’s claims on the effectiveness of UV light.
It was immediately banned everywhere, Fakebook, Puketube and Flitter all blocked it from being shared, cuz you know, Trump can NEVER know what he’s talking about.
The healthcare industry is using them in hospitals and other direct care settings and the airline industry is using in the operations that repair or clean the aircraft. There is also a UV light “filter” in the air filter systems on some aircraft.

It is UVC light and you can easily get a lamp bulb for a room. Before all the pills we used UV light to kill the infection. Blood taken out of your body and passed thru UV light and back into the body. Killed the infection and energized the immune system. Just use UV light in bars and restaurants. Problem solved.
What are the long term effects of the UV-LEDs on the skin?
The media still mocks him about the damn bleach comment, which was totally off the cuff and misquoted.
However, I’ve read some recommendations for nebulized peroxide (very diluted) for COVID, so it’s not as outlandish as the MSM wants everyone to think.
