Yes he is. And he deserves to be. He has had his life turned upside down because someone screwed up.
His name wasnt supposed to be known to anyone.
You may claim others are not pissed in your spider group...but Merritt is.
So let me end this summing it up this way.

She is not winning any of these lawsuits

This Joshua Merritt fiasco does not surprise me at all.
Gotta love how instead of discussion of what is in this release it’s three pages of rummychick discrediting it. Like I said, you have certainly earned your money.
A few good excerpts (and I’m only 1/4 through the PDF!):
Page 33 (PDF page 59): “During a 2017 election, State 17 saw bot activity on social media, including allegation of voter fraud, in particular on Reddit. State 17 had to try to prove later that there was no fraud.”
Page 40 (PDF page 66): “When State 7 decommmissioned its Direct-Recording Electronic (DRE) voting machines in 2017, the IT director led an exercise in attempting to break into a few of the machines using the access a “normal” voter would have in using the machines.(285) The results were alarming: the programmed password on some of the machines was ABC123, and the testers were able to flip the machines to supervisor mode, disable them, and “do enough damage to call the results into question.”(286). The IT director shared the results with State 21 and State 24, which were using similar machines.(287)”
Page 40 (PDF page 66): “In 2017, DEFCON(288) researchers were able to find and exploit vulnerabilities in five different electronic voting machines.(289) The WinVote machines, those recently decertified by State 7, were most easily manipulated. One attendee said, “It just took us a couple of hours on Google to find passwords that let us unlock the administrative functions on this machine.”(290) A researcher was able to hack into the WinVote over WiFi within minutes using a vulnerability from 2003.(291)”
Page 40 (PDF page 66) from Dr. Alex Halderman, Professor of Computer Science at the University of Michigan: “Ten years ago, I was part of the first academic team to conduct a comprehensive security analysis of a DRE” [Direct-Recording Electronic]” voting machine. We examined what was at the time the most widely used touch-screen DRE in the country and spent several months probing it for vulnerabilities. What we found was disturbing: we could reprogram the machine to invisibly cause any candidate to win.(299)”

But this blizzard of bombshells, promises of dramatic revelations, free beer tomorrow, etc. is getting us nowhere fast. Powell, Giuliani, whoever: as you say, fighting in and of itself is pointless unless you really can... as you have repeatedly promised... deliver a knockout blow

The Secretaries of State of at least 6 swing states have certified under penalty of law that their vote tallies were correct. The questions they need to answer are:
Did you know that the vote tallying equipment was accessible across the entire dominionvotingmachines.com subnet which included access from Iran, China, and Philippines?
Did you or your IT people fully understand how the Scytl tabulation algorithm could modify vote tallies in a way that would be undetectable in a recount?
Isn’t your ascertainment of the certifiability of your vote a complete bluff based on political expediency and ignorance of basic cybersecurity protections?
If you are so confident of the integrity of these voting machines why have you refused to allow a transparent forensic analysis of these machines to show how ridiculous Sidney Powell is to bring up these concerns? Innocent people don’t try to prevent people from proving them innocent.
