This has caused major damage to the AT&T network, not just a simple re-routing, at least initially. Cell service interruptions over a wide area more than 12 hours later.

I had an AT&T cell phone that malfunctioned almost every day. Ditched it for a Samsung model and changed providers.
Our internet was unstable and generally a mess all of yesterday — and seems to be a little iffy right now. We’re in TN, but not Nashville. AT&T isn’t our provider, but AT&T recently installed cable in our subdivision. I guess it’s a coincidence, because I don’t believe AT&T and Spectrum worlds collide. Who knows?
