Trump Attorney and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani joined Bernie and Sid on WABC to update the audience on the election lawsuits.

Rudy told the WABC audience, “We believe from what we saw in Michigan that the machines have an inaccurate vote—that they’re programmed to give Biden somewhere between a 2% and 5% advantage.”

Rudy says "We believe" what we saw! That's not hard core physical evidence. They need to get physical evidence to present to the Court. That's why these cases are being rejected.

From what I have observed Trump does not do well in hiring attorneys:
- Personal Attorney - Micheal Cohen
- Personal Attroney - Rudy Guiliani
- Attorney General - Jeff Sessions
- Attorney General - William Barr
- Campaign Manager - Paul Manafort (yes, Manafort has a JD degree)
- Chief of Staff - Reince Priebus (yes Priebus has a JD degree)

There was also at least one report of a Dominion voting machine that showed Biden winning by alleged 26% when the machine counted an equal number of ballots for Trump and Biden.

A hand recount of paper ballots would expose such tampering. When I voted, I marked my ballot on a touchscreen, the ballot was printed, and I walked it over to the tabulating machine. That machine swallowed my ballot, which was supposed to be preserved as a paper trail, and counted my vote. To rig this system, it would be necessary for the first machine, which printed my vote, to have marked the ballot wrongly. If this was being done, a lot of people would have noticed it because I had the opportunity to inspect the ballot before it was voted.

There have been a scattering of hand recounts. Have any of them showed systematic error?

It's too late now. There's not enough time for him to order the military to seize the machines and for them to be analyzed before January 6th.

The Dominion machines are now in place. Dems will be in power and those machines will never be removed. Republicans will never win another election again.
