YES!!
Let these boondoggle bills fall squarely back on the heads of Congress.
I wonder if Nancy would want to overturn his veto? She probably thinks if she waits for the Senate and if Democrats win Georgia she gets to really change the bill. She does nothing and Trump is seen as failing the military.
Don’t get me wrong. I totally believe it was the right thing to do. And I wonder how much Nancy will be able to get out of the House with such a slim majority. But we know that may be two steps ahead and Botox inhibits ones ability to have that much foresight.
The left is going NUTS over this, calling Trump a “traitor” and saying he is “defunding the military.”
I think he knows he is leaving but a veto overide will expose the Republican traitors for their voters to see. It leaves them exposed to their voters’ wrath. I think that is what he is doing.
Remember the names of every single Congressperson who votes to override PDJT’s veto.

Will be too many. Easier to remember the few who vote against.
then you are FLAT OUT saying that he’s an agent of pelosi and AOC.
mighty big words.
How would vetoing a democrat supported pork laden bill make Trump an agent of Pelosi? Besides we have more Republicans coming in next congress and the Republicans that are returning will have time to win back the trust of their voters. Trump gives the Republicans a bit of a spanking which will sting but won’t hurt them if they start to show more of a spine in the next congress. Trump has always wanted our troops home and he has always stood by that principle.
Nancy refused it. After all, she has enough ice cream already.
“....pukes are in Dork Zuckerturds back pocket.”
LOL..... Dork Zuckerturd.... LOL
“Congress authorizes and funds bases, among everything else. Being CIC isn’t carte blanche to do anything one likes with the military or foreign affairs.”
I’m not sure that answers my specific question which was:
“Hard to know how congress can dictate that” - “that” being not allowing for removal of our military from other countries.
That’s very different from funding bases.
nazipelouzy never looked better !
I didn't just say fund.
If Congress says we will have a base in Germany, we'll have a base in Germany. Being CIC is not an unlimited grant of power. Much of the power over the military and foreign affairs still resides with Congress.
You still have not made clear how Congress is constitutionally authorized to dictate to the executive branch where troops must be moved to or from.
I’m saying Congress has the authority. You haven’t made clear why they don’t.
