Disney does NOT own Fox News. Fox News was spun off from the other properties which Disney acquired.

Nor do I or did I think so. As the link I provided describes, FoxNews was spun off during the Disney takeover of the original company. At the time of restructuring, the new, lefty crew started taking their places because of the new management structure.
