Sarah Palin Calls for Julian Assange to Be Pardoned, ‘Years Ago I Publicly Spoke Out Against Julian — and I Made a Mistake’
Gateway Pundit ^ | Cassandra Fairbanks

Posted on 12/19/2020 10:58:44 AM PST by Drew68

The legendary Sarah Palin has made a touching video calling for Julian Assange to be pardoned.

Palin has been an unlikely supporter of the organization, as WikiLeaks published Palin’s own hacked emails during the 2008 election while she was a presidential candidate.

Though Palin’s emails did not contain anything scandalous, the Washington Post and other news organizations called for volunteers to help their reporters dig through them and treated the publication far differently than they did when DNC emails leaked in 2016.

Normally I wouldn't post anything from Gateway Pundit but I'll make an exception for Cassandra Fairbanks who posted a simple video from Palin, straightforward and absent the usual BREAKING!!! BOMBSHELL!!! BOOM!!! hyperbole that normally accompanies a GP story.

If you want to avoid GP's cluttered website, you can find Palin's video at the following:

Video on Parler

Video on Twitter

Video on YouTube

It is my hope that prior to leaving office, President Trump pardons Assange, Snowden, and unclassified all those documents he's been teasing about doing. I expect to be disappointed but hope I won't be.

The more pardons , the better.

Some scabs need to be ripped off.

Maybe he can pardon Sarah too. Talk about someone who got a raw deal from the gitgo.

Agreed. Trump owes nothing to the Deep State bureaucrats who Snowden and Assange exposed. James Clapper and John Brennan are the real criminals, not Snowden or Assange.

Legendary? OK.

She also thought highly of McCain.
Then her kids got pregnant or went to jail.
And then her husband left her.

Go, Sairy GO!

Good for Sarah! A good person admits when they were wrong.

I wish Palin would run for the Alaska Senate seat in 2022.

We also thought highly of McCain back then. I voted for him but mostly because of Palin. She is a female Trump, not afraid to tell the truth. But she allowed herself to get stomped on, unlike Trump. She was the first one to call Obama Community organizer. I remember everyone gasped at that. Then they tore her apart along with the family.

Make no mistake about it - Assange and Snowden did enormous damage to the United States.

On the other hand, they exposed the official corruption and abuses of political and government power that has become an existential threat to America.

My basic assumptions of the legitimacy of our justice and intelligence systems have been totally destroyed. It is becoming obvious that theses institutions have become so corrupted that they no longer serve the national interests, they work contrary to it.

They have become an American version of the old East German secret police, the STASI, and act as enforcers to intimidate and destroy the perceived enemies (ie America's normals in fly over) of the Deep State apparatus (ie American's version of the old Soviet nomenklatura class) . They pose an existential threat to the United States unless reformed.

Both deserve pardons.

Especially Assange.

With what is just now finally coming out about Hillary Clinton and the Obama Admin, th FBI, the CIA and DOJ it is no exaggeration to say he may have saved our country.

*** Pompeo will never let that happen. ***

If anyone has been following Assange’s hearings I want to know why Sheldon Adelson’s rep’s have been there consulting with our DOJ attorneys during hearings. The swamp is so deep, and so many, including our SOS, and his predecessors are up to their eyeballs in the stench.

Trump has failed me as a mega DJT supporter four years ago on two things.

Assange, and Syria. After those two fails, I have been less invested in POTUS’ woes.

“ Assange and Snowden did enormous damage to the United States.”

Besides exposing illegal activity by the government and high-place politicians, what damage did they do? Please provide specifics, not generalized quotes about generalized “damage” from government officials who are mad their illegalities were revealed. Thanks.

Pardoning Assange and Snowden, and declassifying documents would be the type of bold strike against the Deep State that should've defined the Trump Presidency. If he doesn't do these things prior to leaving when he could have, it's hard to take him seriously.

She was the first one to call Obama Community organizer.

That's an amazing accomplishment, since that was his job title for a few years.

She is a female Trump

Yeah, in a fantasy world where Trump fails and has failure kids and screeches.
