You havent obviously been paying ANY attention!

So your sworn affidavits is not evidence at all if you submit one in court?

If so, you are saying that those who were brave enough to come forward to submit them are BALD FACED LIARS.

So which is it? Are they liars or not?

No, I've been paying very close attention.

IF our side has the goods then Trump should have a national tv, radio, etc,..conversation with the Nation.

He should have his lawyers lay out the case...show the proof.

IF he's got the cards, it's time to put them on the table.

Elsewhere a certain FReeper brought up the technical definition of evidence, namely that it not evidence until it is admitted in a court of law. Most people do not operate with that definition. Understandably so.

The most potent legal remedy in regard to the 2020 election debacle begins at the county level. The nature and extent of the fraud is such, however, that we are throwing everything at it at every level.

Given the juggernaut nature of civil and criminal justice, the legal remedies will take more time than the inauguration date allows.

For the sake of the Republic it would be prudent to postpone the inauguration until this election can be sorted out properly. Part of this is due to the extraordinary measures adopted as a result of COVID-19, and part of this is due to foreign and domestic enemies intent on destrying the Republic. Some may view those as concurrent or synonymous.

No. What is happening is that the Courts refuse even to look at the evidence that has been presented.

They don’t have to be liars at all.

Look at the video in Georgia that showed removing votes out of a suitcase under a table after some election folks went home while others stayed.

Lots of folks around here said there’s your fraud. The Georgia SOS, who is a republican, had his team of investigators look into it and determined everything was okay and typical for how votes are stored and counted (though most on this board with exception of a few, like me, don’t want to believe the GOP SOS and his entire investigation team and would rather call him a bunch of names).

My point is a person doesn’t have to be a liar if he or she swears to an affidavit. They can not fully understand what they are seeing or hearing.
