The D.C. mayor’s office is only a half-mile from the National Archives. If Democratic Mayor Muriel Bowser ever made that trek, she might have a better grasp on the U.S. Constitution.
It’s right there for everyone to read, including the First Amendment, which warns leaders like her against infringing on the free exercise of religion—something her COVID-19 rules have done to every believer in the nation’s capital.
Now, one of the holiest days of the year approaching, Catholic leaders are done with the unfair treatment. And they’re taking her to court to prove it.
The Catholic Archdiocese of Washington, like a lot of churches, watched what the Supreme Court did in New York City, blowing away Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s rules and opening the doors to in-person services. Now, with Christmas around the corner, they think it’s time that D.C. did the same.

Cardinal Gregory, please excommunicate Muriel “Bow Wow” Bowser. She claims to be a lifelong Catholic while engaging in persecuting the Church.
As Christmas rapidly approaches, nobody seems to recall that we were going to be reopened in time for Easter.

Sorry can’t take the Archdiocese of Washington and Cardinal Wilton Gregory seriously. When Obama visited Georgetown University, ostensibly a Catholic institution, Georgetown covered all Catholic symbols so as to not offend Obama. The Archdiocese said and did nothing. Cardinal Wilton Gregory, appointed by Pope Francis, will undoubtly attend the inaugeration of the criminl, demented, abortion loving Biden and will no doubt give him a stirring endorsement.
I love when progressives fight with one another.
Cardinal Wilton Gregory was not in DC during that time. He was too busy destroying the Atlanta Diocese.
