If a judge says breaking the law is legal, then TUH DUH, it’s legal.

Article explains in party why kemp and rafflesburger cooperated so much with abrams. They didn’t want to be sued.

The SCOTUS would rule that the prosecutor has no standing to prosecute

And nobody is going to enforce Trumps EO either if it is invoked.

Interesting how so many blacks vote for a racist who smiles in their faces and then just uses them.

And nobody is going to enforce Trumps EO either if it is invoked. Sadly, you're correct.

oh, no doubt...fulton county.
fulton ranks up there with cook, IL; broward, FL. though we didn't hear a peep from florida this year about voting problems did we?

And does not affect any other state or the residents thereof.
Sherman had it right. He just didn’t do a thorough job of it.

Investigation Finds Georgia Officials Decline to Prosecute or Correct the Double Voters They Catch
This is a state with a Republican governor, Republican legislature. This is today's GOP, sitting there with a big, stupid grin on its face as it is eaten alive by the Democrats.

It's so frustrating that we have all of this evidence, and our side has been totally ineffective in doing anything with it.
I hope and pray I'm wrong, but I'm afraid to think that Romans 1 may be playing out in this case.

“This office does not have any referrals on double voting cases so far from the State Election Board related to the June 2020 primary or November 2020 general [election],” said Katie Byrd, spokesperson for Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr, a Republican.
The lack of action undercuts Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s promise last month “to prosecute those who try to undermine our elections to the fullest extent of the law.”
Fraud cases are referred to the attorney general by the election board, which is chaired by Raffensperger, a Republican who has taken heat from President Trump for not doing more to investigate claims of fraud in the November 3 election.

The real number is probably at least 50x that, then.
Even if 10x that, it would put Trump ahead.
Infuriating.
