Its also worth noting that all 3 of Trump’s SCOTUS nominations chose to punt on the TX challenge to swing states. They all ridiculously agreed that SCOTUS somehow has no say in major legal disputes between states. Only Thomas and Alito supported the TX position to at least give TX claims a hearing.

To me you gotta get out of the political spectrum with anyone you consider for the AG job. We need a professional LEO based person, like a prosecutor or someone in the LEO field but not in the political field at all. Politics ruins everyone it touches.
