When you say none of this happens, what part? What part of EO 13848 wouldn’t happen? How much do you know about EO’s involved, or the 12th amendment of the constitution?

How much time have you spent to look into that?

I mean pretty much none of what is predicted in this article is plausible or will happen. I don’t have the time to catalogue every implausible prediction in this lengthy fiction, but some examples:

1. No one is seizing Facebook’s, Twitter’s, CNN’s, etc. assets. For one thing, the author ignores that the EO’s sanctions apply only to “foreign persons,” which includes none of the listed companies, nor does it include seizure of assets.

2. Sidney Powell is not presenting any new evidence to the Supreme Court. For one thing, appellate courts like the Supreme Court rule based on the record of the trial court and does not hear new evidence that was not presented in the trial court.

3. There aren’t going to be any mass arrests, treason charges, or American civilians tried by military tribunals. All of that would be grossly unconstitutional and unlike the Leftists and, apparently, the author of this post, I don’t believe Trump is a fascist dictator. If he ordered the military to make mass arrests of American civilians, they wouldn’t obey, and there’s no way he would give such an order in the first place because, as I said, he isn’t a fascist dictator.

4. Trump did not plan the 2020 election as a “sting” operation. That’s ridiculous.

I’ve read the EO and I am familiar with the 12th Amendment. If the author apparently didn’t read the EO carefully, or intentionally misrepresented it. I am familiar with the 12th Amendment, but it was not mentioned in the article, so I don’t know why you ask.

Under the 12th Amendment, the electoral college meets today in their respective states to vote for a President and Vice President. Based on who nominated those electors, and in some cases based on for whom they are bound by law to vote, a majority will almost certainly vote for Biden and Harris, and they will be elected President and Vice President.
