GA law states that a runoff election is a continuation of a primary election; therefore only persons who voted in the primary can vote in the runoff less than a month from now. I contend that the knowledge exists to state the maximum number of votes possible in the coming runoff. All the Secty of State has to do is report the names of the voters from their vote history of who voted in the primary. From that list you delete the voters with address changes out-of-state. Clearly anyone recently registered is double-checked not to be on the runoff list of qualified runoff voters ('QRV'). There, you have it. The max number of votes available for the runoff.
The machines' program needs to be modified to check the list of QRVs before accepting the ballot. Test data should include names of voters both on and off the list of QRVs for multiple candidates. A test result of the trial run against the machine should be available less than a month before the actual election, along with the test data used.
The GA Republicans should demand the list of QRVs and test results TODAY for the runoff.
Anything less is another cheat from a state with a history of election cheating.
Their votes in the Electoral College should be nullified until they can produce a bona fide election.
IANAL (I Am Not A Lawyer). But I have experience in data analysis for statistical reports at major utilities and healthcare providers as a contract programmer / analyst.
The Dems HAVE to be able to pack the courts. That’s part of the deal, too, to make sure Trump got NOTHING.
The Dems will win the runoff.
I can personally attest to the fact that the rats are going full blast in getting out the vote.
If repulican’ts want to keep spreading false information and help suppress the ‘Get out and vote’, we are destined to lose.
The last bullet in the chamber of our Republic. It is a matter of choice - Shoot ourselves or fire at the enemy. the enemy is winning so far.
I want to be clear I am not trying to suppress the vote, but I am pointing out ways the democrats cheated on 11/3 to see how we can avoid it on 1/5.

I had HEARD or READ that only people who voted in the GA GENERAL election were allowed to vote in the runoff. I have looked for a reference to verify that and was unable to find one. If you have it, please share and thanks so much for bringing this up! The solution would appear to be pretty simple, wouldn’t it? Too simple? Probably.
We had someone come to our door a couple of days ago with a list of GA registered Republican voters - just reminding everyone to vote....I think he may have referenced “absentee” and I told him we’d done that - I know I didn’t say “absentee” so he knew from his list who had requested them. He thanked me and I thanked him.
I watched him go down the street. Was amazed that he passed by some houses and not surprised when he went to others...There are several Jehovah’s Witnesses on the street and someone told me they don’t vote - well, so much for that! I haven’t looked it up yet.
Does that mean they just let politics pass them by, I wonder? I’m sure doing an awful lot of wondering in my old age!

So it's unlawful. Do you think that will cause a moment's hesitation from the 100% corrupt GA governor, SOS, poll workers or legislature? You're just going through the motions of voting as though the outcome wasn't preordained thanks to ballot harvesting, illegals, dead people, and Dominion voting machines programmed by China.
Another thing I left off the list... how do we keep them from just discarding/not recording votes? Out of 9 people in my family who voted for Trump, 4 have no record of their vote - 2 absentee and 2 in person.
I almost think something drastic has to happen here such as recall of the Governor and SOS, state legislature stepping in and demanding a paper only vote, SCOTUS ruling, etc. TPTB have not done anything about the fraud on 11/3 and it will be repeated on 1/5 if something isn’t done.

(10) The run-off primary, special primary runoff, run-off election, or special election runoff shall be a continuation of the primary, special primary, election, or special election for the particular office concerned. Only the electors who were duly registered to vote and not subsequently deemed disqualified to vote in the primary, special primary, election, or special election for candidates for that particular office shall be entitled to vote therein, and only those votes cast for the persons designated as candidates in such run-off primary, special primary runoff, run-off election, or special election runoff shall be counted in the tabulation and canvass of the votes cast. No elector shall vote in a run-off primary or special primary runoff in violation of Code Section 21-2-224.
I’m not a lawyer, but while there is no requirement to have voted on Nov. 3, it sure looks to me that you had to be registered for the Nov. 3 election to vote on Jan. 5. (And write-in votes won’t be counted.) So somebody needs to find the conflicting law that let people register though Dec. 7 or get hold of the GA SoS.

His nomination was confirmed by the Senate on February 28, 2011 by a vote of 90 ayes to 0 nays.
He received his commission March 3, 2011.
