You may be familiar with the name, Jovan Hutton Pulitzer, or you may not be, but he’s an author, actor, producer, writer, podcaster, an inventor and more. I first became aware of his name during the testimony of Col. Phil Waldron during the Michigan State House hearing on Election Integrity very recently. Col. Waldron briefly mentioned that Pulitzer was the inventor of the QR code and that using his invention, there was a way to determine whether a ballot was fraudulent or not and that piqued my interest.
