The Wisconsin Supreme Court has taken on a case by President Trump’s legal team, seeking to have hundreds of thousands of ballots in Democratic Dane and Milwaukee Counties thrown out, even after a circuit court judge dismissed the case Friday.
The latest suit is an attempt by the Trump campaign to stop the Electoral College vote Monday, an effort that seemed like another fruitless attempt when it was dismissed by the circuit court judge earlier in the day and after a string of cases that have been thrown out in lower and high courts throughout the country.

above 2.1% roughly, what they did is they adjusted it down

4:30 this was their 2% strategy to keep Biden the candidate,
so what they did is the total number of votes from all
candidates lost is 194,846, that’s a huge number that was
gone at that time,

votes from the third party candidate, which is 13% at the
time, they stole 107, votes from Donald Trump at that time
which is approximately 12% of his total votes, but to keep
it looking fair they stole only 81,000 votes from Biden so
that’s only 7% of his total at the time”

out of whack, and so obvious Biden was going to lose, they
just got rid of votes from the different candidates, but at
different ratios so that Biden would come out ahead.”

the other, they absolutely stole this from Trump”

Our President will win, but not in court. It must be through the State legislatures, in my humble opinion.
These various courts are going through the motions with no intention of addressing any substance and every single one is actively doing backflips to avoid having any evidence put forth in a court setting.
What is already known is plenty for a jury, grand jury, etc, but that venue seems closed. The single court in Antrim MI that moved forward, has since shutdown the results so we are not allowed to see the DVS forensic results.
Perhaps our President needs to have an Oval Office Prime Time address naming names, dates, classified information, and throw back the curtain getting everyone worked up to a frenzy to force the legislatures to take their Constitutional power and use it.
My understanding is that Supreme Court didn’t so much reject the appeal, but demanded clarification. I could be wrong.

I know now how John Wick felt at the end of the last movie when he was asked if he was pissed he looked very angry and just said “Yeah!” in a way that said he is ready to deliver some much needed justice and retribution.
The case needs to be brought that the election was over nationwide at 12:00AM on Nov 3 in each zone. All ballots after that cannot be counted because it is against the SCOTUS 1997 decision (9-0) that Federal elections last only ONE day.
Many other lawyers said the case wound be dismissed for lack of standing. There was no back stabbing, just a poorly thought-out case by the Texas AG.
I hope you’re right, but I fear that the blackmail is in full force. Courts/people are making decisions that go against all evidence and claiming a lack of evidence to avoid doing what’s right. The only reason they would publicly take these positions is because they are more afraid of what will happen to them personally than they are what will happen to the country. The NWO ‘it’s all about me’ campaign has worked better than expected. Screw you all - me first.
After last night, there is no trust in the judicial system. They are corrupt just like the majority of the politicians.
There is a high stakes psychological dance being played out in the courts as well as a legal battle. The Texas suit was not as strong as others already in the pipeline; I thought that because of time constraints and the way that it could possibly have wrapped this mess up that the Supreme Court would use it to reverse this travesty. I was wrong. It was used for another purpose... to show how “fair and even handed” the court is. This was something that they probably felt was necessary for their final decision to be accepted by the opposition. So the dog and pony show continues... as it so often does in legal procedings.
This obvious fraudulent election will not stand. I know of no judicial body which has endorsed its own destruction by ruling in favor of blatant fraud. Biden, Harris, and Democrat leadership will “pack the court” with leftists at their earliest convenience if given the opportunity. The conservatives know this and obviously have another suit in mind. This is still going to go our way.
This was not a "back stabbing" by the three junior members of the court... it was a frustrating but routine part of the dog and pony show that those of us compelled to watch our legal system in action witness all of the time. The conservative majority will use one of the other suits as the instrument of this obviously fraudulent election's destruction, now that the Texas suit has served its purpose.
If the Republican-controlled state legislatures of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin appoint Republican electors, then President Trump would win the Electoral College vote. Or if the electoral votes of these four states are invalidated, neither Biden nor Trump would win. In that case, the 12th Amendment mandates that the state legislatures appoint delegates for a special convention to choose from among the three leading presidential candidates. Since 30 of the 50 state legislatures are majority Republican and each state gets one vote, President Trump would win reelection.

I live in Wisconsin, and it’s despicable what went on here.
Probably pretty much the same in MI, PA, GA, and if they look close enough, this scenario could have easily happened in AZ, NV, and maybe even VA and MN.
