Matthew DePerno: Well the Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson said it happened by human error. We discovered that’s not true, that’s a lie. It didn’t happen by human error. It happened by a computer program called Dominion Voting System. And through our lawsuit we were able to get access to the Dominion Voting System program and my team went on last Sunday and we took forensic images on that computer system, 16 CF data cards, 16 thumb drives, and we got the forensic image of the actual tabulation machine in the Antrim County clerk office.

The Supreme Court has made it clear that this sort of thing makes no difference at all. If it had been the other way around, of course, then it would make all the difference in the world. Simple. Easy to understand.

Yes. According to the Supreme Court, no law has to be obeyed if it disregarded.
FOR GOD’S SAKE, HAVE THE MILITARY MAKE ARRESTS!
The question is whether the Republicans in Michigan can get criminal charges referred to a grand jury by an honest DA/prosecutor re voting tampering (state and/or federal laws).
I know that it’s Michigan and has been a politically corrupt state for many decades, but let’s think “smart” and use the law to enforce the law.
People who did this, i.e. election officials, those who covered it up (corrupt judges and DAs/prosecutors), should be charged with “malfeasance of office”, “election/vote tampering and/r coverups”, “criminal conspiracy laws” if not RICO laws, and “voter suppression”.
I know that I’m probably dreaming re Michigan, corrupt Wisconsin politicians, etc., but it is worth a try if you’ve got “good, hard evidence” of their criminal activities or coverups.

The US Legal System is now a classic Diode in behavior/performance.
No matter what SCOTUS does it looks like civil war is headed our way.

The Supreme Court did no such thing.
It was an equal protection argument.
Texas was precluded by claiming fraud because the State courts are sealing the evidence of fraud from public disclosure.
