Starting soon.
*Yawn*
Let me know if there’s anything but corruption, like the Georgia State Legislature, from this hearing.
Watch for testimony from Dan O’Donnel, WISN 1130 radio. He’s a real investigative reporter. Should be on around 10:15-10:20. Should be good !
Beautiful Capitol building but I don’t see any hearing video. Seriously, it is a pretty building with the two wings - unlike so many others with boring architecture...
Notice all the states which are defending their election........the arguments always sound the same.
Won’t YouTube pull the plug as soon as it starts?
Watching now, and it seems the defense (John Devaney) is all about process and claiming such process was followed with 100% accuracy... Sure...
One item mentioned early by Devaney got the blood pressure up. He spoke of this case risking disenfranchising 200K Wisconsin voters. Well.. I think more than 200K WI voters voted for President Trump, it’s a MUCH LARGER population of WI people that risk being disenfranchised!
Hoping we get some strong witnesses to drive this home.
Getting good now.
And as expected.........Judge rules nothing was wrong.
Testifying is Dean Knutson (R) - says no credible election fraud in Wisconsin;
He’s commissioner of Wisconsin Election Commission;
He say no one has filed the proper forms to the Commission;
Need to file sworn complaint - none filed to date. Therefore they have had nothing to investigate;
Any open questions remaining will be resolved in next few days;
Says Central Counting method of tabulating votes is responsible for all the confusion and surges and must be changed by legislature;
Indefinitely confined statue must be clarified;
As the Judge is wrapping this up, I’m left with a simple question for him and anyone else involved in the voting process:
IF the person certifying results of an election has knowledge that the population of votes counted includes unlawful votes (deceased persons, underage, address that is not a residence, etc.), and that the extent of such ineligible votes is believed to change an election result - can the person certifying results be personally held accountable for fraud?
can the person certifying results be personally held accountable for fraud?

Yes, if the person is a GOP; no, if person is a DEM
